These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Super Gra developed by Degree Studio ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Super Gra mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You will use the App in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws
• If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms

2. Description of Service

Super Gra is a fishing companion application that provides:

• Bite-time predictions based on weather, atmospheric pressure, and moon phase analysis
• Trip planning tools with location selection and forecast integration
• Comprehensive catch logging with species, measurements, photos, and notes
• Personal statistics and fishing pattern insights
• Achievement and progress tracking
• Offline functionality for core features

The App is designed to assist anglers in planning fishing activities and does not guarantee fishing success or accurate predictions.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal mobile device
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access and use the features and content provided through the App

This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or loan the App to third parties
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

4. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using App features
• Maintain the security of your device and any data stored by the App
• Use the App in compliance with all applicable fishing regulations and laws
• Not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks related to the App
• Not use the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content

5. User-Generated Content

The App allows you to create and store content including catch records, photos, notes, and trip data ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you acknowledge that:

• All User Content is stored locally on your device
• You are solely responsible for backing up your User Content
• We are not liable for any loss or corruption of User Content
• You must have the right to any content you add to the App

6. Predictions and Forecasts Disclaimer

The bite-time predictions, catch scores, and forecasts provided by the App are based on algorithms analyzing weather data, atmospheric pressure, moon phases, and other environmental factors. However:

• Predictions are estimates and are not guaranteed to be accurate
• Fishing success depends on many factors beyond the scope of the App
• Weather data is sourced from third parties and may contain inaccuracies
• You should use the App's predictions as one of many tools in planning your fishing activities
• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any predictions

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or rely on third-party services including:

• Weather data providers
• Mapping and location services
• Analytics services

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, icons, images, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Super Gra developed by Degree Studio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without authorization
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the App

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
• COMPATIBILITY WITH YOUR DEVICE OR OTHER SOFTWARE

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPER GRA DEVELOPED BY DEGREE STUDIO BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
• Damages resulting from any predictions or forecasts provided by the App
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data or device

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Super Gra developed by Degree Studio and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your User Content

13. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time
• Update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version
• Add or remove features from the App without notice

Continued use of the App after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

14. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate by uninstalling the App. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App will immediately cease
• You must delete the App from your devices
• Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as limitations of liability) will remain in effect

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Super Gra developed by Degree Studio is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Super Gra developed by Degree Studio regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
